RETURNS & EXCHANGES

GAG accepts changes and returns within 30 calendar days following the date of purchase, provided that the products are in the same condition as they were delivered, along with the original packaging and certificate.

· ORDER CANCELLATION

If the client wishes to modify or cancel an order, it is possible within the first 24 hours by contacting sales@gagbag.mx.

· PRODUCT RECEIPT

If the customer receives the products purchased on the www.gagbag.mx website in poor condition, the customer can claim GAG by contacting info@gagbag.mx within 48 hours of receiving the product. To make this claim, the customer has to send detailed information about the conditions in which the product was received and the conditions of the packaging in which it was received. GAG will do an investigation through the logistics provider and, based on this research, will determine the course of action with the client.

· METHODS OF SHIPPING AND RATES

GAG uses an external service for all shipments. The shipping rate will be calculated before making the final payment of your purchase.

· DELIVERY PERIODS

GAG must process an order between [1 and 2 working days]. Most products will be ready to be shipped after the order is processed.

· GUARANTEE

GAG products have a 30-day warranty that covers manufacturing or functional defects. The customer pays for shipping. Wear by everyday use is not covered. In any case, GAG reserves the right to decide when the guarantee is applicable.
