Our leathers have a stain-resistant finish; however, animal hides are permeable and can stain. If the stain is water, do not apply heat. Let it air dry at room temperature, and if the stain persists, we recommend wiping the entire surface with a damp cloth so that it dries evenly. When your GAG is not in use, we recommend storing it in a dry place, free from humidity and out of direct sunlight, as this could fade the color. For added protection, we recommend using waterproofing sprays or liquid-repellent creams. As our manufacturing process is handmade, some imperfections may appear with heavy use.

WARRANTY
GAG products have a 30-day warranty that covers manufacturing or operational defects. Normal wear and tear is not covered. In any case, GAG reserves the right to determine when the warranty applies.

GAG uses a third-party service for all shipments. The shipping fee will be calculated before you make your final payment.
DELIVERY PERIODS
GAG requires 2 to 3 business days to process an order. We offer standard shipping for orders within the US, which typically takes 3 to 7 business days. Delivery times are estimates and begin counting from the order shipment date, not the order fulfillment date.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
GAG accepts exchanges and returns within 30 calendar days of the purchase date, provided the products are in the same condition as when delivered, along with the original packaging and certificate. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we aim to process refunds within 5 to 7 business days. In some cases, refund processing may take up to 30 days, in accordance with federal law.
Final Sale Items: All discounted items during the sale period are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Purchases with Discount Codes: Items purchased with discount codes (for example, 10% off when you subscribe to our website) can be returned or exchanged.
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will replace or refund the defective or incorrect products at no additional cost.

Products listed for sale on www.gagbag.mx are available for purchase as long as the product is listed as available for purchase. If a product becomes unavailable after a customer makes a purchase, a full refund will be issued.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE
GAG reserves the right to accept or decline a purchase order even after receiving it from the customer. If an order is declined after payment has been made, GAG will issue a full refund.
